Red light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation (PBM), uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support the body's natural cellular processes. Light energy is absorbed by the mitochondria—the "powerhouses" of your cells—to support cellular energy (ATP) production, recovery, and overall wellness.
Research continues to explore the benefits of photobiomodulation across recovery, pain management, skin health, athletic performance, and healthy aging.
At Great Falls Movement Center, we've invested in the TheraLight 360i, a medical-grade whole-body photobiomodulation system that delivers 360-degree light exposure using four therapeutic wavelengths.
Unlike many consumer red light devices, the TheraLight 360i combines medical-grade red light therapy with optional integrated Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy, allowing two restorative technologies to work together during a single relaxing treatment.
Ask our team for the equipment information and operating guidance for the system used at this studio. Research on a particular light device or treatment protocol does not establish the same outcomes for every whole-body session.
HSA/FSA reimbursement is not guaranteed. Check eligibility and documentation requirements with your plan administrator before purchasing.
Each TheraLight 360i session delivers four clinically utilized wavelengths designed to support different tissue depths throughout the body.
Every red light therapy session can be enjoyed with or without integrated PEMF therapy.
PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy) delivers gentle electromagnetic pulses designed to support the body's natural recovery processes while you relax in the TheraLight 360i.
Choose the program that best aligns with your wellness goals:
During your first visit, our team will explain each program and help you determine the best place to begin.
Program names describe the equipment options, not a promise of a treatment outcome. Ask our team about the controls and your healthcare provider about suitability for your circumstances.
Every TheraLight 360i session is intentionally designed to last 15 minutes.
Our medical-grade system delivers efficient whole-body exposure to therapeutic red and near-infrared light, allowing you to receive a comprehensive treatment without unnecessarily extending or shortening your session.
Beyond the light itself, many clients find that around the 10- to 12-minute mark they begin to fully relax as their bodies settle into the experience. Those final minutes often become a quiet opportunity to disconnect from daily stress, recharge, and enjoy uninterrupted time focused entirely on recovery and well-being.
Our goal isn't to maximize appointment turnover—it's to provide a thoughtful, restorative experience that supports both your body and your mind.
After your initial orientation, you'll simply check in using our iPad at the front desk before enjoying your independent session during available operating hours.

These are different technologies, not interchangeable names for the same service. Whole-body red light sessions use red and near-infrared light. PEMF uses pulsed electromagnetic fields and is optional in our red light sessions. Our private infrared sauna is a separate heat-based experience.
When comparing a bed, panel, mat, or facial device, ask about the area exposed, the equipment used, the session process, staff guidance, and total price. A larger device or a longer wavelength list does not by itself establish better results.
Our Great Falls sessions use a whole-body TheraLight 360i. For personal suitability, medication questions, recent procedures, or an existing health condition, speak with your healthcare provider before booking. These wellness services do not replace medical care.

Speak with your surgeon or treating healthcare provider before booking. Follow their recovery and wound-care instructions; a wellness session is not a substitute for prescribed care. Our staff can explain the equipment and visit process but cannot clear you for post-operative treatment.
Absolutely. Many members enjoy stacking red light therapy followed by infrared sauna for a comprehensive restorative wellness experience. This combination is one of our favorite protocols for supporting recovery, relaxation, and overall well-being.
