Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule as early as possible so another client may use the appointment time. Appointments cancelled inside 24 hours may be subject to the applicable cancellation terms shown during booking or communicated by the Great Falls Movement Center team.

Some services may require intake or consent forms before first use. If forms are incomplete, Great Falls Movement Center may need to reschedule the appointment for safety and service quality.

For help with booking, cancelling, forms, memberships, packages, or first-visit orientation, contact the Great Falls Movement Center team before your appointment or ask during staffed hours, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
